Mark and Jeremy began their career in the distressed real estate market in mid 2007.  Their first entity was a distressed real estate investment company that grew at a rapid pace.  Within an 18 month period they were able to grow the business into an entity completing over 400 transactions a year.  This business opened many doors into new endeavors to include a residential real estate sales company, a property management company, a new home building company, a residential rental holding company and a commercial real estate holding company.   The success they experienced in these entities have allowed them to create  Foundation Lending and provide others the ability to achieve their dreams.

 
 

William Barber

Chief Financial Officer

William Barber, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of the business and controls the company’s finances. William is a Certified Public Accountant and Personal Financial Specialist (CAP/PFS). Prior to Foundation Lending he spent 3 years in public accounting performing tax, accounting, audit, and consulting services for business and individual clients in the greater Fredericksburg area. William is on the Board of Director’s and serves as Treasurer of the Greater Fredericksburg Habitat For Humanity and serves as Treasurer of the Battlefield Chapter of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. William has been married to his wife Ashley for 5 years and has two children. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.

 
 

Chassidy Campbell

Bookkeeper

Chassidy Campbell, Bookkeeper, is responsible for handling the accounting for all rental and lot holding entities at Foundation Companies as well as the financials for MacDoC Realty, Inc. In addition to these responsibilities, she also assists the Foundation Homes Project Manager. Prior to Foundation Companies, she worked as the Bookkeeper at Blacksburg High School in Montgomery County, VA for 3 years where she also coached girls volleyball. Chassidy has been married to her husband Mike for 5 years and has 1 daughter. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Roanoke College.
